GST Note: A 12% GST applies to room rates between ₹1,001 and ₹7,500.

3. Important Stay Policies

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 12:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins are subject to availability.

• Identity Proof: As per government law, a valid Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport is mandatory for all guests (PAN cards are not accepted).

• No Smoking: Peter’s Inn is a smoke-free property. We request guests to use designated outdoor areas for smoking.

• Visitor Policy: Outside visitors are restricted to the lobby area and are not allowed in guest rooms after 10:00 PM for security reasons.

• Damages: Any damage to hotel property (linens, electronics, furniture) will be charged to the guest’s bill at the time of checkout.
